Here at Mission Maple it is our goal to follow Jesus Christ and His Word daily throughout our lives.
What we stand on...
The Bible - is God's inspired word to us here on earth. It is our guide throughout life to help us grow closer to Him and more like Him. It is our guide in everything we believe. It is our goal here at Mission Maple to help spread His word and kindness throughout the world.
"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 2 Timothy 3:16"

God - We believe there is only one living and true God, an Infinite Spirit, the Maker and Supreme Ruler of heaven and earth; eternally existent, all powerful (omnipotent), all knowing (omniscient), present in all places (omnipresent); one God in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, each equally God and equally powerful.
“For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these
three are one.” 1 John 5:7
Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him. 1 Corinthians 8:6

God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the

The Holy Spirit - We believe that the Holy Spirit is part of the trinity, co-equal with the Father and the Son, administering the things of God through believers. He convicts of sin, and righteousness; is the agent of the new birth; empowers the believer with spiritual gifts, guides, teaches, witnesses, sanctifies and helps the believer by restraining the evil one.

you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him
not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

Creation - We believe that God created life, the heavens and the earth each after its own kind in 6 literal days. We believe that God created man perfect in His own image with free will.

Salvation - We believe salvation to be by grace through faith, not requiring human works or merit (being a good person), and that everyone must exercise personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and His redeeming work in order to be saved. The new birth is instantaneous and not a process; by the new birth, an individual becomes a new creature in Christ Jesus and is baptized into the body of Christ by the Holy Spirit. All those who are truly born again are eternally kept by God the Father for Jesus Christ.

Evangelism - is the responsibility, as well as a privilege, of every believer. A believer is called to be a personal soul winner and to do his utmost to carry out the Savior’s command to give the gospel to the whole world.
